Shipping & Delivery
At plushchicstyle.com, we want to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. The following timeframes are estimates from the date your order is shipped and do not include order processing time (typically 1-2 business days).
- Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Second Day Air: 2 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 business day
Transit times may vary depending on your location and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier delays.
Order Processing:
Most orders are processed and leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the total weight of your items and the shipping destination. Your exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to see the current status and location of your package.
Delivery:
Please note that our shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Once a package is in the hands of the carrier, we have limited control over transit times. The carrier will require a signature for certain deliveries. If no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will typically leave a notice with information on how to arrange a redelivery or pick up the package from a local depot.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer shipping outside of the United States and its territories.
P.O. Boxes:
We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Please allow for additional transit time for these deliveries.
Order Changes & Address Corrections:
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We are unable to make changes to the shipping address or add/remove items once an order has been placed. If you need to correct a shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to intercept the order, but we cannot guarantee that changes will be possible once the order has entered the shipping process.
Undeliverable Packages:
Occasionally, a package is returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier. This can happen for reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts. If this occurs, we will attempt to contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
