Our Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less the original shipping and handling charges.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Visit our Returns Center to initiate your return and print your prepaid return label.
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, and include your packing slip.
- Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package.
- Drop your package at any authorized shipping location.
You may also choose to return items by mail using your own shipping method. Please be sure to include your original packing slip inside the package.
Important Return Information
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received at our distribution center.
- The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Sale items, including items purchased at a discount, are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for most items based on product availability. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
